Brampton City Council has approved a 15-year, $2.51 million naming rights agreement with Save Max Real Estate Inc. for the Brampton Soccer Centre, now renamed the Save Max Sports Centre. The agreement aligns with the City’s sponsorship strategy adopted in 2019, which identifies naming rights as a tool to generate sustainable, non-tax revenue.
Funds from the agreement will help offset rising operational costs and reduce the financial burden on taxpayers. Signage updates, including exterior, wayfinding, and administrative materials, will begin in the coming months.
As part of the partnership, Save Max will sponsor a free after-school drop-in basketball program for Brampton youth ages 10 to 13, supporting the City’s commitment to youth-friendly initiatives.
The City’s broader sponsorship and naming rights program continues to create opportunities for community engagement while enhancing service delivery without increasing taxes.
